DAVID C. JONES (Annandale, Virginia) is an international financial management, budgeting, and accounting specialist. Affiliated with the Harvard University Graduate School of Design since 1987, Mr. Jones is a Research Fellow at its Center for Urban Development Studies. A specialist in the accounting, financial, and administrative management of local government and utility enterprises, Mr. Jones has provided advice and guidance to central and local governments, development institutions, public utilities, and companies in over 50 countries.

NANCY LANGMUIR (Santa Monica, CA), is active in the arts, including singing, playing the piano, and dancing, and is a longtime supporter of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. She is also involved in the Gurdjieff Foundation, which studies the ideas of George I. Gurdjieff, who shares many of the same interests as Ralph G. H. Siu. She is a longtime friend of Dr. Irene Siu and the now deceased Ralph Siu, and has attended every annual meeting in the company of her husband, the late David Langmuir.
